Gifts To Haramain is a commercial e-commerce and fulfilment service. Customers purchase products and paid services through our store, and our local team arranges the applicable sourcing, gifting, placement, distribution or service fulfilment in Makkah and Madinah.

2. Orders & Fulfillment

All purchases are final and non-refundable once processing has started.

We arrange fulfilment of purchased products and services according to the applicable product description and selected options.

We ensure timely distribution of all purchased items; however, minor delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Customers will receive an order confirmation and updates regarding their fulfilment status

3. Local Fulfilment

Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchased physical items are not shipped to the customer. They are fulfilled locally through gifting, placement in Makkah or Madinah. Certain products are service-based rather than physical goods.

Once the order is completed, no claims for shipping or delivery can be made.

4. Payment & Pricing

All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors or suspected fraudulent transactions.

Orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun.

Due to the nature of our service, we do not offer refunds after a product has been distributed.
