At Gifts to Haramain, we ensure that all orders are processed and fulfilled with care. Please review our policy below:

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 7-10 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Distribution & Delivery

We do not normally ship purchased items to the customer. Instead, our local team arranges the applicable gifting, placement or service fulfilment in Makkah or Madinah according to the product or service purchased.

Once your order is processed, our team arranges fulfilment according to the selected product, location and available fulfilment option.

3. Order Confirmation & Updates

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Once fulfilment is completed, we will send you an available completion update by email or other applicable contact method.

4. International Orders

Since we do not ship physical products, international shipping does not apply.

5. Delays & Exceptions

In rare cases, delays may occur due to:

High demand (Ramadan, Hajj, etc.)

Weather or local restrictions

Changes in local access, placement, distribution or operating conditions

If any unexpected delays arise, we may notify you promptly.
