GiftsToHaramain is an online platform where customers can purchase gifts such as Qurans, prayer mats, water bottles, and meals and more which we distribute on their behalf in Masjid al-Haram (Makkah) and Masjid an-Nabawi (Madinah).

2. Orders & Fulfillment

All purchases are final and non-refundable once processing has started.

We ensure timely distribution of all purchased items; however, minor delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Customers will receive an order confirmation and updates regarding their distribution status.

3. No Physical Delivery

We do not ship physical products to customers. Instead, we personally distribute them in the holy cities.

Once the distribution is completed, no claims for shipping or delivery can be made.

4. Payment & Pricing

All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase.

Prices may be updated periodically without prior notice.

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors or suspected fraudulent transactions.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun.

Due to the nature of our service, we do not offer refunds after a product has been distributed.

6. Liability & Disclaimer

Gifts to Haramain acts as a facilitator of gifting in the holy cities. We are not a foundation, charity, or religious organization.

We are not liable for any misuse, delays, or distribution restrictions beyond our control.

By purchasing from us, you agree that your gift will be distributed as per our process.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website implies acceptance of any modifications.
