At Gifts to Haramain, we ensure that all orders are processed and fulfilled with care. Please review our policy below:
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 7-10 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Distribution & Delivery
We do not ship physical products to customers. Instead, we personally distribute the gifts on your behalf to visitors in:
Masjid al-Haram (Makkah)
Masjid an-Nabawi (Madinah)
Once your order is successfully processed, our team ensures timely and proper distribution.
3. Order Confirmation & Updates
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Once your gift is distributed, we will send you an update via email or WhatsApp (if applicable).
4. International Orders
Since we do not ship physical products, international shipping does not apply.
5. Delays & Exceptions
In rare cases, delays may occur due to:
High demand (Ramadan, Hajj, etc.)
Weather or local restrictions
Changes in mosque access or distribution permissions
If any unexpected delays arise, we will notify you promptly.
