• Refunds are only applicable if the service has not yet been initiated, including purchasing, preparation, or arranging distribution.
• Once the process has begun, refunds will no longer be available.

• Orders that have already been arranged, processed, or delivered in Makkah or Madinah.
• Cancellations due to a change of mind after the service has started.
